Chaiyo Restaurants is currently home to Plaza Khao Gaeng, Speedboat Bar and YAI. It is a growing family of true Thai restaurants in London.
Luke Farrell, the Chef-Founder of Chaiyo, has spent over 15 years in Thailand, and training and working in kitchens across South East Asia.
